Our 99-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Wear it, wash it, live in it. If The Built-In Bra Tank isn't right for you, you have 99 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a full refund, even if you've worn and washed it. No questions asked: we just need your order number.
How to request a refund
Please contact us first. Returns sent without a return request can't be matched to an order and may not be accepted.
- Email us at support@nuukeunderwear.com (or use our contact page) with your name, your order number, and whether you'd like a refund or a different size.
- We'll reply with simple instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
- Once we receive your return, we'll confirm by email and refund your original payment method.
Free size exchanges
Wrong size? Contact us within 99 days of delivery and we'll exchange it for another size at no charge, subject to availability. If the size you need is out of stock, we'll refund you instead.
Bundles
If you bought a bundle, the refund is based on the price you actually paid for each item, after the bundle discount.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We'll look into it and make it right with a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.
When you'll get your money
We'll let you know once your return has been received and approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post it.
