Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of 4 or more tanks. It's applied automatically at checkout.
- Standard shipping with tracking: $8.00 on other orders.
- Express shipping with tracking: $15.00.
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is confirmed (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays; orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day).
Delivery time
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard: 6–12 business days
- Express: 5–8 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer depending on the carrier, your location, peak seasons, weather, or other events outside our control. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always help you track down your order.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. We'll email you your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to show updates after your order is processed. If it doesn't move during that time, your package is usually still on its way to the carrier's hub.
Your shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for packages lost or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't claimed, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or damaged packages
Title and risk of loss pass to you once your package is handed to the carrier. Still, if your tracking hasn't moved for several days, your package seems lost, or it arrives damaged, contact us at support@nuukeunderwear.com. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier or arrange a replacement where possible.
