Where is my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to show its first update. You can also follow your order anytime with Track my order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Then allow 6–12 business days with standard shipping, or 5–8 business days with express. Deliveries outside the United States can take a little longer because of customs.
Which countries do you ship to?
The United States, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Prices are shown in your local currency.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping with tracking is free on orders over $75 (or the equivalent in your currency), and on every 6-tank pack. Below that, standard shipping is $8.69. Express shipping is $14.99. The exact cost is always shown at checkout, before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update or cancel it for you.
Will I pay customs duties?
For deliveries outside the United States, your country may charge customs duties or import taxes. They're set by your local authorities and aren't included in the price you pay us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely at checkout.

Which size should I choose?
Sizes run S to 5XL. Choose your usual size by your weight; if you're between two, go up. Check our size guide. Wrong size? We pay the return shipping and swap it.
Can it really replace my bra?
For everyday wear, yes: work, errands, travel, lounging, sleeping. The two molded cups and the soft band under the bust give real support. For running or high-impact sport, keep your sports bra.
I'm a D cup or bigger. Will it hold me?
For everyday wear, the two molded cups hold from underneath and the wide straps spread the weight, so you get real support without a wire. Sizes go up to 5XL.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold on gentle, lay flat to dry. No bleach, no fabric softener.

How does the 99-day guarantee work?
Wear it, wash it, live in it for up to 99 days. If you don't love it, email us and we'll refund you in full. Return shipping is on us. Details in our refund policy.
I ordered the wrong size. What do I do?
Send us your order number and the size you need. We swap it for free within 99 days, return shipping on us.
